He’s been instrumental in setting up the Emiratization program at Electrolux by adding 52 UAE nationals to our team. Ahmed was additionally responsible for the operational planning, P&L management, rewards and recognition of his team of ground personnel and had been recognized by the Senior Management for his relentless dedication to work.
He was responsible for developing a mechanism for workforce retention and mystery shopping for improving the quality management independently. Ahmed joined Electrolux in 2019 and is responsible for all the initiatives with government projects and new business initiatives.
